Whether you’re running your first race or chasing a personal best, my coaching focuses on building sustainable progress, confidence, and long-term consistency.

As an ISSA and RRCA certified running coach, I help athletes train smart and individualize training plans based on your experience level and goals.

I meet athletes where they’re at — financially, physically, and mentally — and build plans that evolve with you. My goal isn’t just faster finish times. It’s helping you enjoy the process, stay healthy, and feel supported every step of the way.

While my coaching prices are listed here for transparency, they’re not meant to be a barrier. I believe access to thoughtful, supportive coaching shouldn’t be limited by income or life circumstances. Running has given me a lot, and part of how I give back to this community is by keeping coaching accessible.

That’s why I offer a sliding scale. If the listed price isn’t realistic for you right now, we’ll talk and find a number that works — without judgment or awkwardness. What matters most to me is that you feel supported, respected, and able to train in a way that’s sustainable for both your body and your life.
